At 11, I started my own babysitter's club, ran a summer kids program, and sold handmade jewelry around the neighborhood. By high school I was captaining my poms squad. In college I stepped into leadership roles in Greek life and coached a middle school poms team. Leadership didn't feel like a choice — it just kept finding me.

That pattern followed me into my career. Within two years of my first post-graduate role, I was promoted to manager. A year later, director. I've been coaching and leading continuously ever since.

Today, I draw on 19 years in corporate Learning & Development and 700+ coaching hours to partner with mid-level managers, senior leaders, and the organizations that hire them. I help them move past the doubt, the imposter feelings, and the leadership habits that no longer serve them — and build the kind of confidence and skill that makes their teams excel alongside them.

My approach blends evidence-based leadership development with real-world practicality. No fluffy frameworks, no surface-level pep talks. Just honest, focused work that creates measurable change in how you lead and how your team performs.
