Group coaching · Ten seats
Six months of small-group coaching for leaders who are done performing someone else's version of leadership — and want to find the one that's actually theirs.
$2,997 founding price · Next cohort begins October 2026
Somewhere between the promotion and the present, you learned to lead like someone else. It works well enough. It's also exhausting in a way that's hard to name, because nothing is technically wrong.
Most leadership development hands you another model to imitate. This does the opposite — it works out what your actual leadership looks like, and then makes it effective. Not softer. Not louder. Yours.
How it runs
Small enough that you're never a spectator.
We begin one-to-one. Sixty minutes on where you are, what you're carrying, and what you want six months from now to look like — plus your Neural Pathways Diagnostic, debriefed together.
Ninety minutes with your cohort, once a month. One theme per session and hot-seat coaching, which means you work on your actual situation in front of people who will remember it next month.
A private channel where the work continues. Most people find the month between sessions is where things shift, and having nine other leaders there for it is the point.
You leave with a development plan in your own words, and a group of peers who know your context well enough to be useful long after the six months end.
What's included
If you're nodding, you're the person I built this for.
Investment
That's the point of the format. The same depth of work, shared across ten people — which is what makes it reachable without making it thin.
Founding cohort
The first cohort, at a founding rate. In exchange I'll ask for a testimonial at the close — that's the whole trade.
Full price
The standard investment once the founding cohort fills. Everything above, nothing held back.
Accelerator+
Everything in the Accelerator, plus three private sessions with me across the six months — for the things you'd rather not work out loud.
Paying in full isn't the right move for everyone, and I'd rather that not be the thing that decides it. Email me and we'll spread it across the six months you're in the programme. Same seat, same everything.
Email me too if your employer is paying and needs an invoice, or if you're bringing three or more people — team seats are $2,497 each.
The Leadership Journey is a private partnership — bi-weekly one-to-one sessions, unlimited messaging, a 360 assessment, and a plan built entirely around you. The Accelerator is a cohort. You get less individual time with me and considerably more perspective from peers navigating the same terrain. Different tool, different job.
Sessions are recorded and shared with the group. That said, this works because people show up. If you can't commit to six ninety-minute sessions across six months, it probably isn't the right season for it.
Mid-level managers and senior leaders, deliberately mixed across industries. You'll get more from someone solving your problem in an unfamiliar context than from ten versions of your own org chart.
Yes, and many do. I'll invoice your organization directly — just email me and say so. There's also a team rate of $2,497 per seat for three or more leaders from the same company.
Yes. Email me and we'll spread the investment across the six months you're in the programme — same seat, same everything. It isn't a checkout button because I'd rather set it up with you directly than have you commit to six months of billing from a web page.
Something more practical than it sounds. It means finding the version of leadership that works in your organization and is still recognizably you — because the gap between those two things is what most leadership advice quietly asks you to live with.
“In nineteen years I've watched a lot of capable people slowly become someone else at work, and call it professionalism. The ones who lasted found a way to lead that they didn't have to recover from. That's the whole of what we do here.”

Cohorts stay small because that's what makes them work. If you'd rather talk it through first, book a call — there's no pressure in it either way.
